Development of a Multifunctional Automated Filling Equipment Production Technology and Prototype.1st Reporting Period

Within the Recovery Fund Operational Programme “Latvian Recovery and Resilience Facility Plan – Reform and Investment Area 1.2. Energy Efficiency Improvement, Investment 1.2.1.2.i. – Increasing Energy Efficiency in Entrepreneurship”, SIA MASOC KC is implementing project No. 1.2.1.2.i.2/1/24/A/CFLA/008 “MASOC KC Support for the Development of Green Products”.

Within this programme, SIA Design Tree, in cooperation with SIA Purenn Group, is implementing research project No. Z.1.5

“Development of Multifunctional Automated Filling Equipment to Ensure Higher Production Efficiency, Work Safety and Quality Control in the Manufacturing Process, Including Production Technology and Prototype Development”.

First Reporting Period (July–September 2025)

The project aims to develop a new, environmentally friendly household chemistry product group and an innovative, multifunctional automated filling machine that will improve production efficiency, safety and quality control.

During the first reporting period, significant foundational work was carried out:

• Several new household chemistry products were developed, meeting sustainability and safety requirements.

• Their properties were evaluated, forming the basis for defining the requirements of a universal filling technology.

• A conceptual design of the filling equipment was developed, outlining key system modules and potential production line layouts.

These results form the technical foundation for the next development stages — detailed equipment design, component specification and prototype construction.

The project is progressing according to schedule and is moving steadily towards its goal of creating a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly filling technology for modern household chemistry production.
